A proud Lancaster, SC native, Thomas Carter leads with integrity, experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Specializing in gas lines and excavation work, he takes pride in delivering safe, precise, and dependable plumbing solutions for every customer.

Family is at the heart of everything Thomas does. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jonna, and their daughter, Karmen. Outside of work, you’ll find him fishing, swimming, traveling, camping in their RV, or enjoying a little friendly competition with pool, air hockey, and video games.

Jonna Carter proudly serves as Managing Director and is originally from Lancaster, SC. She shares life with her husband, Thomas, and their 16-year-old daughter, Karmen.

Outside of the plumbing industry, Jonna enjoys reading, thrifting, swimming, traveling, and camping in their RV — always ready for the next adventure.

Her favorite part of the job? Social marketing and data entry (yes, she truly loves it!). Jonna enjoys the creativity of marketing and the organization and precision that data brings to the business, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Nicole Childers is the Office Manager and a native of York, SC. She keeps the office running smoothly and plays a key role in diagnosing plumbing issues from her desk. Even when she can’t provide immediate hands-on assistance, Nicole helps mitigate damage and ease customer concerns—ensuring everyone feels supported during stressful situations.

She and her husband, Scott, are proud parents of three children: Claira (20), Sarah Kathryn (12), and Liam (14). Outside of work, Nicole enjoys Dad rock concerts and finds joy in the ocean, sand, and salty air.

Scott Childers serves as a Service Technician and is a Gastonia, NC native. He brings strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience to every job.

Scott specializes in filtration systems, general service work, and tankless water heater troubleshooting. His attention to detail and problem-solving skills help ensure customers receive reliable, high-quality service.

He and his wife, Nicole, have three children: daughters Sarah Kathryn (12) and Claira (20), and their son, Liam (14). Outside of work, Scott enjoys following NASCAR and remodeling his home.

Coy Sparnell is a Service Technician from York, SC. He specializes in working with free-standing tubs and brings skill and attention to detail to every project he tackles.

Coy is a devoted family man, spending his free time with his children Malia (16), Zayne (11), and Elijah (1). He enjoys swimming, riding dirt bikes, and exploring on 4-wheelers when he’s not on the job.
