First choice, plumbing reviewPatricia M. reviewed 1st Choice Plumbing LLCOn April 17, 2024 Scott Childers and his partner came by to fix an under the sink water leak in order for me to get my new refrigerator hooked up to the waterline. They were very professional, nice and was able to resolve the problem very quickly. They came exactly when they said they would, but I would also like to add a note about Nicole Childers and Hallie who answers the phones in the office. I can’t even begin to express how much help they both were in getting a solution to my problem with this water leak. I was very stressed out over it as things haven’t been going very well for me lately, but Nicole and Hallie showed concern and compassion, after being told that my younger sister had just passed away four months ago. They did everything they could to relieve some of my stress and grief. They both went above and beyond expectations and I feel like they are definitely an asset to your company. And therefore I will be using first choice plumbing again. Please thank Nicole, Hallie, Scott and his partner, who was very nice and polite, but I can’t remember his name. Awesome job. Will use first choice, plumbing again, definitely.

Dedication to Success with each clientCharles G. reviewed 1st Choice Plumbing LLCOn a Sunday when most companies are closed we contacted 1st Choice Plumbing due to a leak in the well house that just kept getting worse and worse, on call was Scott Childers and his wife/ office manager Nichole Childers, our system was old and had been repaired before by some Rank Amature, parts were acutally falling from our system, Scott did a great job getting our water running and was very innoavative in his methods considering new parts were needed that couldnt be purchased on Sunday night at 11pm, he installed a line to our home reversing the flow of water to go back into an outside spicket from the well house, this gave us water til he was back the next day with all new parts that has our water running fantastic, he and his wife didnt leave our home until after 1 am, I highly recommend this company and consider them now for any and all our plumbing needs, thanks guys.

1st Choice was recommended by my neighbor who just had her hot water tank replaced with a tankless. I had a total of 4 companies price removing my hot water tank from the attic and installing a tankless. Thomas was friendly. He explained the job, offered options, made suggestions, and came in $3000 less than 2 of my other quotes. 1st Choice was the only company that looked at our crawl space and said the tankless could be installed there. The gentlemen that did the work were friendly and considerate; and answered my last minute questions. One month after its install the hot water didn't work. 1st Choice sent out a service person within 2 hours. Turns out the breaker on the electrical outlet under my house had been triggered. The serviceman pushed the button on the outlet and it has worked ever since. No charge for the call. 1st Choice replaced the kitchen faucet. My husband could have easily done it, but he's working a lot of hours and who knows when it would have been done. Once again the serviceman was kind and courteous. At one point in our brief conversation he mentioned that he likes what he does. How nice is that.....to hear from someone doing work at your home that they enjoy what they do? We should all be so lucky. The faucet looks good and works. The serviceman answered the couple questions I had and put the sticker that came with the faucet (that I bought) on the inside of the cupboard door. That way if I ever have a problem or need to replace a part, Moen's phone number and all the numbers I need are right there. I am very happy with their work, I will not hesitate to call them with any future needs or recommend them.read more
